All available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and your order will only be confirmed once your payment has been successfully authorized.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. We do not add mandatory fees at the final step.
When You Are Charged
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized, and a contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation.
If payment is declined, your order will not be processed. This is usually a bank or card issuer decision and we have no visibility of the reason. Please contact your provider in the first instance.
Payment Security
Checkout is encrypted using TLS. Card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are never received or stored on our systems. We see only confirmation of payment and limited payment information made available to us by our payment provider.
Pricing Accuracy
We take care to price everything correctly, but errors may occur. If an item is listed at a materially incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge you the higher price without asking.
Where a product is shown with a previous or comparison price, that price is one at which the item was genuinely offered for sale.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged twice, email us with your order number and we will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate charge within 5 business days.
Fraud Prevention
We may cancel and refund an order where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or where a transaction is flagged as high risk. If this affects a genuine order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Taxes
Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where we are required to collect them.
